“Instead of possibilities, I have realities in my past, not only the reality of work done and love loved, but of sufferings bravely suffered. These sufferings are even the things of which I am most proud..”

- Viktor E. Frankl, Man’s Search For Meaning

Film Process

Step 1: Consultation

Scheduling a consultation to discuss the nature of your film, interviewees can choose what stories, experiences, or skills to immortalize as their film portrait. The planing stage of your film will include biographical information, choosing up to 10 questions, date and location of the interview. Other add ons for your final film can include up to 35 historical images and multiple video shoots that would help illustrate the topics orally described. At this time we would schedule the interview date and location with 50% deposit to secure the date.

Step 2: Interview & Filming

On the day of the interview we will come out to your home or other location of your choice to conduct the interview. Depending on the interview questions please allow a window of 1-2 hours for the interview itself. If there is any additional filming it can be completed on the same day or different date.

Step 3: Editing Process & Film Views

During the editing process we will edit down the long form interview into 10-20 finished minuet film. You will be have to have two viewings of the film to ensure the information and imagery are symmetrical.

Portfolio

There was a world before this. The things that I am going to tell about happened in that world. Some of you will remember every word I say, some will remember a part of the words, and some will forget them all – I think this will be the way, but each man must do the best he can. Hereafter you must tell these stories to one another – now listen.
— Seneca, The Origin of Stories
